So if someone has donated some already and they don't really want to donate more you could arrange to swap them some forge points which might help them lock the position. The way most people help the players they wan to get the reward is by arranging a forge point swap. It tends to be rare for GBs to be out right deleted but since it is taking up City space of the owner I'd say only they get to decide when/if it gets deleted. For the most part unless you've made specific arrangements with someone as part of a swap you can contribute as much or as little as you want to for any GB. To my knowledge there really isn't a game wide etiquette. A constant recalculating system based on contributions. I also wish the rewards were adjusted according to how many points you've contributed which would knock out the current rating system. I had a faithful contributor, someone else swooped in at the last minute and bumped her off first place which I find maddening. I wish we could lock in contributors so they don't lose their placement for rewards. Since I am new, I was just wondering what the common trend is. However, I've noticed in some cities, they say only accepting contributions for a specific great building and contribute to others at your own risk, so what happens when you've contributed to a great building and it gets deleted? I suppose it's the GB owner's choice to delete or keep, just wonder what the opinion is about that. Hello, what is GB etiquette? I mean once you commit forge points to a great building, do you see it through to leveling it up? or just contribute as many points as you want and then hope you wont be bumped? I personally like to see it to the end.
